At Autumn’s Magnet Press, your memories matter — and so does the peace of mind that comes with ordering something personal.
Each magnet is handcrafted from the photos you share, turning moments into keepsakes that last. Because every order is custom-made, we’re unable to accept returns, cancellations, or provide refunds once production has started.
That said, your story matters most — and we’ll always do everything we can to make it right if something goes wrong.
1. Custom Orders Are Final
Every magnet is created using the photos and details you provide.
Once production begins, changes, cancellations, and refunds are not possible.
✨ Why this matters: Your keepsakes are one-of-a-kind, created from your own memories. We can’t resell or reuse them once they’ve been pressed — and that’s what makes them so personal.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Each magnet is pressed, sealed, and packaged with care — we take every step to make sure your memories arrive safely.
If your magnets themselves arrive damaged or your order isn’t quite right, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help right away.

- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the magnets and packaging
We’ll review your message promptly and, if verified, send a replacement for the damaged items at no cost.

3. Refunds and Exchanges
Because every magnet is custom-made with your photos, we’re not able to offer refunds or exchanges once production begins.
