At Autumn’s Magnet Press, your memories matter — and so does being clear about how we serve you. These Terms & Conditions explain how we work, so you always feel informed, supported, and secure when ordering with us.

By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Orders & Processing

  • Every magnet is custom-made, just for you.
  • Production begins within 2–3 business days after your order is placed.
  • Because each order is personal, once production has begun, changes or cancellations are not possible.
  • By uploading photos, you confirm you own the images or have permission to use them. We use your photos only to create your keepsakes. We do not share or repost your photos.

2. Shipping

  • Most U.S. orders arrive within 7–10 business days after production.
  • You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
  • Shipping carriers are responsible for delivery once your order leaves our facility. While delays are out of our control, we will always support you as best we can.

3. Returns & Refunds

  • Because every magnet is custom, returns and refunds are not available.
  • If there is an issue with your order (damaged, defective, or incorrect items), please contact us immediately at hello@ampmagnets.com.
  • We will work with you to resolve the problem and ensure you are satisfied.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).
  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and other accepted providers.
  • We never store your credit card details.
  • Applicable sales tax will be added at checkout where required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, including text, images, product designs, and branding, belong to Autumn’s Magnet Press, LLC.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content without prior written consent.

✨ We work hard to create with integrity — thank you for honoring that effort.

6. Optional “How It’s Made” Videos

  • You may choose to allow us to include your uploaded photos in a short “how it’s made” video that shows your keepsakes being pressed.
  • This is optional and offered through a small checkbox on the product page.
  • This permission only allows your photos to appear within that behind-the-scenes video. We do not repost or reuse your photos in any other way.
  • You can withdraw this permission at any time by emailing hello@ampmagnets.com.

✨ Your story is yours. We only share it in the way you choose.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autumn’s Magnet Press is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.
  • Our responsibility is limited to the value of the order placed.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
